I’m sorry if this post offends you @mmgood, however if we were to not make fun of stuff because it offends somebody (even though people have our sympathies) what would there be left to post about?
Bloopers, injuries, accidents, car crashes, pedophiles, murderers, rape, rapist, death, life, joy, emo, American, Italian, Irish, drunk, drink, religion… etc.. we’ve posted about them all (and more) and we’re sure more than one somebody got offended along the way.
Unfortunately there is no way to avoid offended somebody and while our hearts go out to anybody who may have gone through something horrific, if we try not offend anybody then there would be nothing left to say, write or post about.
A line must be drawn in the sand somewhere and this is covered in our comments policies which is what we hold ourselves to when posting (along with other things such as no T&A)policies.
This post is intended as a good natured joke. As satire. It is not intended to promote or advocate rape. It is humor.

the over-explanation of what this site is about isn’t necessary.
i like offensive humor (i watch south park every night, which holds nothing back). i’m not offended by the post so much as i don’t think it’s funny. there’s plenty of shite to poke apart out there, but not every thing that is offensive works for humorous purposes. i think rape is one of those things. i’m also entitled to my opinion, that’s what the comment section is for.
i won’t be checking back, i’ve said my peace.

Well we’re all entitled to our opinion, and if you didn’t want a reply to your comment why did you leave it in the first place? Necessary or not, when our position as publishers is called into question I will address it.
Letting people know where we stand, when it’s been brought into question, is important.

Mmgood, we run things every day that are sure to offend someone or another. We are very much equal opportunity offenders here. There is always someone who will be offended at something, and to single out topics as being ‘too offensive’ would pretty much leave us with nothing to work with.
We are well aware we can’t please everyone.
