Since when did that fat Italian git become a Dr? I mean seriously… Still if Dr. Mario is your thing then this song and animation will give you some giggles. Just be warned you may have to look at Warios fat hairy arse and Mario hiding his “modesty” with little more than his stethoscope, which doesn’t say much about his equipment. No wonder he needs those mushrooms to grow!
