Idiot Of The Day: Fire Snorter

This guy is a yet another classic example of why inbreeding is bad. He tries to “snort fire”, not breath fire and after hurting himself the first time goes back for a second attempt.

Please tell me that we can revoke this guys ability to have kids and further damage the gene pool?
