NOT FUNNY. The kid was falling out of his/her seat and had every reason to be terrified. That “mother” should be stripped of her parental rights for ignoring the screams, and not even bothering to look to see if anything was wrong. Size doesn’t friggin’ matter. The child could have been seriously hurt.
